I think for the given situation, it wasnt his place to, and even though he's a dem. he handled himself very well compared to other posters from both sides.

RIUTG, you, Vundy, and Spud are my three favorite posters on this site. I am going to have to disagree on this one though. I agree we all got a little nitpicky, but that's where he should have stepped in and stopped it on both angles like Stardust did. Otherwise, there wouldn't really be a point to having a moderator. And I don't think people should go around changing each other's avatars.

And the other part, and I know you may disagree, but the clones - ironically they have gone away since Stardust made that post. I know the IPs weren't the same, but I feel pretty sure Wildcat is 4_real and/or Vector.

I have no idea what your talking about.

If you are referring to the polls, i stand by my statement.
Some are in fact turning toward Romney, and no polls are showing a 3+ point difference for either of them.
Also, one is a tie.

It wasn't the fact that he changed his beliefs. I highly respect everybody's beliefs on here, and have obviously done my share of trolling. Wildcat even called me an idiot in a thread before changing it - I have no problem with that and do not get built up over it. If he wants to think that, it is his opinion. What I can't stand is the clone accounts that can't spell a complete sentence straight and I can't help but wonder if it's a moderator running those accounts. Also, getting on and changing people's avatars is uncalled for. That is what happened with me, as I got online the other day to find an obama avatar and signature.

And again RIUTG, I think you did your best at it and I think Dusty did a good job as well on it. I highly respect you as a moderator and person, but thought that changing people's avatars and not handling the Vectors, the 4_reals, and the WideMiddles was a bit out of hand. As I mentioned in another thread (the ignore thread) about TRV and others who I disagree with - I'm cool with that. I respect other people's opinions even though I may not like them.

And finally, the last part of your post - that we both STRONGLY agree on - I cannot wait for this election to pass!

Its to easy to get caught up on something in this place and i believe everyone has moved on.
I really do hope Hoot comes back, he's a good contributor to that section and hope everyone sticks around.

I think good boundaries have been set and this childish play is over, which is a good thing for all of us. Should be another good week. It will get more dramatic every day until the election actually comes.

^ Yeah, I miss Hoot too. He has so much knowledge and has contributed to this site for a while. He's already missed in the political threads. I notice Vector and 4_real havent been on since either lol. At any rate, that board will be hot every day until election time.

It'll be hot like the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend when they whoop up on those Ravens.
