If I'm not mistaken Fraley was close to a Triple-Double if he didn't already have it. Points, Rebounds and Blocks. Breathitt had several players with several blocked shots

Coach Fugate has never been one to use a lot of subs, he plays with what he has got. There are a couple young kids from the jv that has some size and some talent, surprised he don't get them some minutes. Never know what you will need come tournament time. But they are on a roll right now, probably don't want to change anything. Congrats. Good luck Thursday against Wolfe.

yep game was not called very good at all. went all breathitts way for most of the game. they started off the game 24-7 but powell rallied back to like 4 pts but could never get over the hump. they justed tired out an it hurt not having conner playing on the boards. congrats breathitt

Great win for the Bobcats! I'm really looking foward to watching the game on Thursday when the Bobcats will revenge their first loss of the season. I really look for this game to be alot different because the bobcats will win by 20 plus. Then PCC comes to town, the much anticipated game will see how Breathitt stacks up against the the top team in the region. I really think this will be the game that opens everybody eyes up and see that Breathitt is for real and they will contend for a spot to go to RUPP.Breathitt -68 PCC-62

^ Coach Fugate needs to use his bench more. If he keeps keeping the starting 5 in there the whole game it will eventually tire them down and they won't go far in Region, not with playing back to back days. Best of Luck to the bobcats the rest of the season

He won the region in 1982 at MC Napier playing the same way, very few subs. That year his team defeated Whitesburg in 1 overtime, Owsley County in the semis in double overtime, and Leslie County in the championship game in triple overtime.

Breathitt led by double digits after the first quarter on. A 22 to point loss doesn't sound like one where the referees decided who won.

Denny has these boys in shape. It was one of the first things he implemented when he got started was getting them in great shape. Fraley worked out with the football team all summer. Cox, Trent, Fletcher and Noble all played football so they are in good shape. I doubt there is a better conditioned team in the region.

Wolfes run and gun style offense is one way they beat breathiit in the first match up they just tired breathitt out wolfe is all fast break!

Breathitt just toyed with Powell all night.There was no "rally".Breathitt spead the floor the whole 3rd quarter and wore them down before the onslaught.Cox didn't even play because he is still hurt from the Western Hills game.Breathitt played the starting 5 all night and they never tired out.Scary thing is they are all underclassmen so they will all be back.

Like I said they cut it in the 3rd ONLY because Breathitt let them.They spread the floor and just passed the ball around the whole 3rd quarter and let Powell chase them.They only had 8 fouls because they didn't foul.Dennis should have got T'd up for trying to start a fight any way.Breathitt has 6 players that play most of the time too but Cox is hurt and they didn't need him against Powell anyway.

Listened to the Breathitt/PCC pregame show and Fletcher quit the team in the last couple weeks. Said they thought he might be back with the team tonight but they weren't positive.
