Belter was the difference in this game. He dominated the game in the second half. Made several good moves in the post and had to have at least 7 or 8 blocks on the night. Whenever S Floyd got close he seemed to be the difference.
The only thing that could have made his game tonight any better is a Nice Set of Mutton Chops!!!inglepar

Belter is quickly becoming one of the best players in this region. He's becoming more consistent on a nightly basis.

Closer than the score indicates. South Floyd had their chances. Congrats to SV, but SF is the worst coached team in the 15th that I've seen so far this year. I mean, really, 15 games into the season and no set inbounds plays, at least? Belter looked good, showed flashes on offense. Still slow getting back on D, but improving.

If these stats are legitimate, then it sounds like Valley's offense is improving as a whole. They need double digits from 3 or 4 players on a consistent basis if they want to make a good run during tournament time this year.

It was closer than the score indicated. I think SF came within 5 or 6 once but that was when SV was resting starters and really was not in danger of letting it get out of control. Good Win! We will take it!

Actually, they got within 3 at one point due to the technical foul on the SV player. And contrary to what you posted, most starters were in. I can't remember his number, but a player from SF was just eating Belter alive inside on layups. Then the #23 from SF decided he was going to take every shot from about that point on and they never went back to the other player (I think it was #30 for SF). And before anyone goes nuts on me, by "eating him alive", I mean he had, I believe, 3 or 4 up and under layins. Belter was blocking everything left and right from #23 and the others, but the one player just seemed to be able to get around and under him every time. Had SF's coach been awake or half decent, I think he would have been smart to tell the others to try and work the ball in to that kid, especially when it was only a 3 point game. #23 had NO business driving the lane, Belter rejected every one of his shots. Just blew my mind that the coach didn't recognize it and try to work around it.

Also, weak and silly cross court passes in the half court offense for SF when SV was extended out guarding against the 3. Led to a ton of turnovers/steals by SV.

You're saying bashing the coach but SV was killing them in the first half.....He made some pretty goods adjustments at halftime to bring them back from a double digit lead to 3....The coach was trying to get it down to him but SV had a tight halfcourt D that caused a lot of turnovers when they were trying to get it down low...
