Yeah they are probably the front runner right now especially after their blowout win over Betsy Layne....This is the best team the 15th has seen since the great Paintsville squads of the mid 90's...Some might even say they're better...
#5
No offense to South Floyd, but how are they playing the best ball in the 15th? Theyve won a few games. But, down the road do you think that they will win region? I see one team that could really do some damage and that would be valley. But, You really never know until the tourney.

What is your problem man? Your team is the team that had a lackluster performance in the All 'A' and didn't get the job done so quit raining on South Floyd's parade and get over it. Give it a break. Their accomplishment of winning the All 'A' is over and they now have to focus on more important games in the conference and get prepared for district play.

SV, ER, SF, SC, Belfry, and JC have good shots at winning it.
I will ever go as far to say that Painstville could be considered if they are healthy.

IMO, there are nine teams with a legitamate chance to win the 15th under the right circumstances...
SV, Belfry, SC, PCC, ER, Paints, P-burg, BL, SF...tourney time isn't called March Madness for nothing.
#9
spxdad I agree march madness is call that for a reason, and Alfus21 just stop posting about SF, Sv is a good team but why rage on SF so much they won the all a great win for their program but that is over, get focused on your upcoming games and not ours.
#10
Pike Central won't win it. I'll go ahead and tell you that. Neither will East Ridge. Valley is still the front runner with Belfry right behind them. Paintsville and South Floyd won't win it either. I would say it could be between Valley, Belfry, Johnson Central, possibly Sheldon Clark, or Prestonsburg. Notice I said possibly when I mentioned Prestonsburg cuz I'm trying not to be biased here. P-burg always has a legit team come tourney time. Who's to say what could happen this year.
#11
sheldon clark or prestonsburg wont win it.

As long as SF fans keep saying they're the best they will be ridiculed to the max by me....
#13
Alfus, that's when you learn to ignore them and that stuff will stop. They can brag that they won the All "A", but what is more important is coming up in March.
#14
IMO, Here is the 15th Region Final Four

1.) Johnson Central
2.) Shelby Valley
3.) Belfry
4.) Pike Central
#15
I dont c why PCC doesnt have a chance of winning it their playing realy good ball at this point in time they beat a realy tough and tall Russell team. The key to beating Valley is being physical and thats exaclty waht SC did if a team isnt Physical then Valley is goign to drive it down ur throat point blank. SF they have a ligitimant chance but i dont c it happening this year better chances next year IMO. Paintsville is to young at this point in time i just dont c a team full of freshman getting it done during March Madness their not mature enough yet. Come 2007 Paintsville will b unreal.

Im sticking with Valley, ER, JC, PC, Belfry still.

P-Burg idk their decent just dont c them getting it done in the region but the chance is there.
and i know ur goign to argue that by saying u all beat Central but u also caught them at a bad time they did beat SC by like 17 who P-Burg lost to.

But the Fav is Valley and the region is at Valley where they havent lost yet.
#16
Until they're eliminated I'm staying with 9 teams(make that 10 teams, I left out JC as an oversight) with a shot at it.
#17
and i respect that spx
#18
as do i.

I agree like Tombstone this rigion is wide open.

I think it's the closest this many teams has been in a long time.
#21
i think as long as paintsvilles starters are healed and completely back in shape, then they'll win...

This is crazy people. Anyone could win with the exception of a few teams. Anything is possible. Mostly i think the teams with the winning tradition will pull through to the final four. That could be anyone. Whos knows? I bet a few of these teams wont even get out of district.
#24
What is so impressive about Shelby Valley? Who do they have besides Bentley and P. Tackett? No one. They lost the best player in the region and several others that have quit or have been dismissed that was a key part to the team. They are capable of getting beat on any given night by any team in the 15th excluding Piarist. I look for Valley to be one and out of the regional tourney this year. If not that, I don't think they will win the 15th.

But, in some people's eyes, they might as well give Valley the regional championship and call off the rest of the season since they are untouchable.

Yeah that's all they have is Bentley and Tackett...lol...SV is loaded with talent all across the board...Remember that jealousy is an ugly monster man...No need in feeding it in your hatred towards shelby valley...I see myself quoting you on saying Shelby Valley wont win region though...

Well actually i wasnt. I was refering to anyone. I was talking about previous years. Last year for example, Johnson Central didn't even get out of district. But, i would really be worried if PC couldnt get out of their district. Their something you need to understand. I may not be a Big Fan of Rowe but i do respect him and the team. I am a fan of any pc sport. I want to see them win as much as you do. So stop nagging on me bamma.
