Trinity tends to put up 49-63 points in matchups like this & could pitch a shutout depending on the reserves.
2020 was the last time McCracken Co has faced a team of this magnitude when they lost at Male 40-13 in the playoffs.

Trinity is coming off a very impressive performance as they were dominate in the win against rival St. Xavier. They'll look to take care of business early. Although none would admit it, they'll possibly be more interested in the Frederick Douglass / Male game by halftime.  (without trying to sound disrespectful to McCracken Co)

McCracken Co ended the regular season in disappointing fashion and looked like a team packing it in for the winter. Then, they got down 21-0 right out of the gate while on the road against Barren Co in the first round. Since that point they've found some redemption. They proceeded to reel off 49 unanswered points before allowing one more Barren TD in the 49-27 win. In round 2 they would travel back to district rival Henderson Co as big underdogs after getting double up in the regular season 56-28. The Mustangs jumped to a quick lead in the 1Q and ran away to a 38-7 lead into the 4Q. Henderson scored twice to cut the final score to 38-23. This is a positive finish to a rebuilding Mustang football program as no one expected them to advance to the Regional Finals. All in all, they'll get another week of practice and experience a game in a great atmosphere. The returning players will gain an appreciation for better football and a top-level measuring stick.

Most everyone agrees that Trinity can name the score. Like the majority of KY teams, this McCracken Co team doesn't have the experience of going up against a rarity like Trinity. The Mustang offense has found a little confidence, but this is a different beast come Friday night.  Defensively they simply won't have an answer in stopping the rout. Trinity called off the dogs against Oldham Co earlier in the season but that's a district game with neighbors. I'm not convinced they'll be so kind in this one.

I see this ending up 56-7 or 49-0
