Take away a pick 6 and a shanked punt and it would have been a 10 point game. Paintsville gave Raceland all they wanted last night and showed that they aren’t a terrible team, they just lack depth.

I always thought it would be close until late for the simple fact that it is a district & rivalry game. Both teams want to get after each other.
You can throw out the records when these two play because of those facts alone. No way either team wouldn't be ready. I also know from past games that just because one team is supposed to be better or have a better record doesn't = an automatic win. 2017 is a prime example. Paintsville was the more talented team that year & won the first meeting. In the playoffs, Raceland played just efficient enough to win.
