âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

Really?
Arkansas State 57-34 (W) (AS 4-3)
Fresno State 42-25 (W) (FS 5-3)
Tennessee Tech 63-14 (W) (TT 2-5)
#22 Arizona 49-0 (W) (Ariz 4-3)*
at Washington State 51-26 (W) (WS 2-5)*
#23 Washington 52-21 (W) (Wash 3-4)*
at Arizona State 43-21 (ASU 5-2)*
Oregon still has #9 USC, #17 Stanford and #7 Oregon State left on the schedule. They have to play their conference.
So if/when Oregon beats USC, Stanford and Oregon State are people still gonna be complaining about Oregon needing to play someone?

Hey I'll admit I am a Boise State and Oregon fan. Not as much of a fan as I am UK but I'm still a fan of them.

Let me rephrase. It may not be there fault, but unless you play SEC teams your not playing anybody.
The last 6 National Championships tells us so.
They got there shot and blew it. Time to move on.Im just glad this nonsense of Boise talk is over.
And BTW, nobody on that schedule could finish 3rd or better in the SEC.
They'd be mid-pack teams.
People may hate when some compare teams to how they would do in the SEC, but its simple facts. The SEC is just that much better.
I guarantee you that WVU fans would have thought they would have competed against Bama just like K-State fans will do, and the simple reality is, this championship is already decided. It's useless to even play the game this year. Thats how scary good Bama is.
Time will tell....

On another note, i love the BCS for one reason.
Its gives teams an excuse to score a 100 if they can.
I get so sick and tired of hearing about running up scores.
In this system you more or less have to.
Either get better or quit playing if you cant compete....

Just because SEC has the best teams doesn't me they aren't more high powered teams out their.

Alabama is by far the best team in College football. That does not make the SEC as a whole any better than if they were just the best by a little bit. The SEC is no where close to being what it was the past 7-8 years or even more so the past 4-6.
Hell, FSU would have won the SEC East 2 years ago, and probably last year and they can't win the freaking ACC.

You will not have to worry about Oregon. They will NOT go undefeated.
