Kentucky shows off chrome helmets on National Signing Day webcast
We can count Kentucky as a member of the chrome brigade now.
On the school's National Signing Day webcast, two helmets were strategically placed at the forefront of the camera. One was the Wildcats' traditional blue helmet, the other was chrome.
[Image: http://media.zenfs.com/en/blogs/sptusnca...0198_n.jpg]
This joins a gray uniform that Kentucky has also shown off, most recently in the commercial for the football program that ran across the state during the Super Bowl.
It's a sharp looking helmet, but what chrome dome isn't? We do have one suggestion, however, and it's that the chrome helmet isn't paired with the gray uniforms. There's such a thing as too much gray, and gray and chrome together? No. Just no.

Since most men have to associate everything with women... here is my idiom for the day.
Rich Brooks Era.... Our recruits were neighbors to Ms. America contestants.
Joker Phillips Era.... Our recruits were glamour shots models... (and no matter what you say, every guy has dated a woman who falls in to this catagory)
#StoopsTroops... Our recruits are models were gonna see in the Ms. America pagent.

Considering that everyone has already crowned Barker as the future 4 year QB, it doesn't give other quarterback recruits a lot of incentive to come here.

what they said about Towels to, we see how that worked out,lol

Philips will be the one pushing Barker for #1 spot. Or the other way around I guess. I'd put Philips as #1 now going into spring ball.. Add in UK is in pretty good with one of the nations top QBs, Jarrett Stidham, and another good QB, Elijah Sindelar. Is another reason Barker was the only one they went after.
Mix1...

True, I guess we'll see how it shakes out. Towles came in under Joker, we'll see what Stoops can do with Barker.
