As per the washington post obamacare has a little known clause put in by the NRA that prevents doctors from inquiring about patients gun ownership.

Wow, the NRA might be the only organization in the whole United States that is on their toes these days! Liberals are using government agencies and inserting invasion of privacy measures in as obscure a manner as possible these days. The liberals tried to use the EPA to get a leg up on gun control when they ruled lead bullets a threat to the environment. Saying they would poison wildlife. Now they've tried to make gun control a health care measure. And tried to make it legal for doctors and nurses to ask personal questions about gun and ammunition possession in patient's homes.

Does anybody out there really think we have a chance against these morons?
