Playing D1 has very little to do with averaging 20 points and 10 boards a game.
It's all about....size, speed, strength, basketball IQ and athletic ability.
How many points one scores depends on what other talent they have on their own team, the competition they play against and what the coach will allow.
You have a kid like Blake Bryan that played at Villa Madonna in NKY that led the state in scoring a couple of years ago and I don't even think he is getting playing time at a DIII school.
