1. Pikeville- then everyone else.
2. Pike County Central- they have not faced Pikeville this season- maybe they can give them a run for it.
3. Martin County- still an incredibly talented team that just needs to get it together.
4. Betsy Layne- lost district finals, but are the overall better team than LC- depsite the short bench continuing to be a major issue.
5. Shelby Valley- thought they would be peaking now, but have regressed a little.
6. Lawrence County- could shoot their way to a win any given night.
7. Paintsville- may surprise people still yet. Fugate could flat dominate if he gets going.
8. Belfry- made it by default.

Pikeville and Martin County have to be the favorites. The Fitzer kid at Pikeville reminds me exactly of Trey James at Martin County. Betsy Layne starting 5 is very good and have the 2nd best player in the region who can drop 40 any night.
