This is actually a tough one.

Though I agree that you don't take unnecessary risks that may lead to more injuries or re-injuries.... and for those still not at 100% it is better to get another week's worth of rest.... the fact remains Belfry needs to get their timing down and any snap you can have this week will be beneficial to that effect.

Maybe a quarter if they can go. No more than that.

Talked to corbetts dad. He said he working his ankle trying to get it streengthened back up. Doesn't look for him to play this Friday. I would say the injured ones such as Catron and Corbett come back against Pc or Breathitt in the 2nd round. As for jackson co. I say running clock as soon as belfry scores in the second half.

The QB's ankle is twisted /sprung pretty bad. He will not be out this week, but we are hoping for his return after this game. I do think we will still be dominant over Jackson County, but I'm also a firm believer that any given night one team can rise and one team fall. Need to always play our A game.

This game is a clear indicator as why the post season system needs changed. It's going to be Jackson's second trip to Pike County within the last 3 weeks. The amount of money spent I'm sure just silly. And for what? Another blowout loss? This isn't a hate post on jackson, but rather a clear indicator of how the system needs reform. there isn't many 1 v 4 matchups that will end in upset.
