Not an upset. Rockcastle was predicted to win this game and even the entire region. With all that Rock was returning from last year's team, they were expected to challenge for the state title.
Bell and Rock is a rivalry game though, so just to come out on top is great. It's going to be a great 2nd round of the playoffs in 3A Region 4 if Rock, Bell, Ashland, and Johnson Central all win their first round matchups.
