All it's done here in Irvine is rain, really cold and wind blowing.

Well, as in real estate, weather is all about location location location!!
Altititude made the difference here. NO snow at my house, but all I have to do is look to the mountains and you can see it everywhere. I wouldn't have minded a pretty snow, the kind that sticks to every little twig, but I'm glad we didn't get the 8-12" of heavy snow that was predicted.
