All I know is who Pikeville is playing...does anybody else have the others?
Pikeville- New Cath
I know...it is pretty bad i don't know the rest and created a thread, but, fill in the missing links...lol.....and disscuss who you think will win or who you think will not...just talk about it...[/b][/flash]

Has anyone heard anything new about the coaching situations at Pike Central, Shelby Valley, and possibly Pikeville?

Coach John Rodenburg from McNicholas, anyone heard of him or know if he's good or anything? Will he teach too:

Who would you consider the powerhouses of KY high school football? Some that come to my mind:
Danville
Boyle
Rockcastle(maybe not anymore)
St. X
Trinity
Belfry

Any thoughts on this? We have always talked about great backs, and sometimes mentioned that they couldn't do it without a line, but who are some of the finer linemen on offense and defense?

Who are the early front runners for 2005 Mr. Football? The quarterback from Henderson County probably has a pretty good shot at getting it. Anyone else know any others?

going to college?

I think Pikeville has to be considered the favorite going into the season. They are going to be tough again next season as usual. Paintsville returns pretty much theri entire team and will challenge Pikeville for the district 8 championship. In district 7 Lynn Camp and Somerset seem to be the class of district 7 this year, and both figure to make a run at the regional championship. Maybe some surprise teams like Harlan and South Floyd can make a run, though they both lost a lot. You also can never leave the Hazard Bulldogs out of it. Should be a interesting season!!

What does everyone think will be the top teams in the mountains for 2005?
I will give it a try:
1.Bell County
2.Rockcastle County
3.Pulaski SW
4.Middlesboro
5.Breathitt County
6.Corbin
7.Pikeville
8.Belfry
9.Prestonsburg
10.Johnson Central
I also like Lynn Camp, Somerset, Paintsville, Lawrence Co., and Pulaski Co. I'm sure I am leaving some good teams out.
