IMO - Newport's biggest problem is within coaching. You have got to hire a coach that can understand the kids and know what it takes to get their respect. Snapp is not what Newport needs. There is talent there - whether it be on the team or walking the halls at Newport. But when you place the coaching style of Snapp to a program that was use to Coach Russell you are setting yourself up for several years of failure. Coach Russell understood the kids and knew what it took to get their respect. Congrats Cooper on a strong and powerful show of force over Newport.
