It was a lot tougher game than the score indicated. FS had over 200 yards of offense but Bowling Greens defense kept them out of the end zone. Franklin Simpson had 157 yards on 14 penalities. Six of them were unsportsmanlike conduct penalities. Bowling Green just used their big line and ran it right at them and they didn't like it much I guess. Franklin is a good team and have some atheletes on their squad and probably would haved scored on BG if not for all the penalities. Bowling Green has now outscored their first 3 opponets 153-0.
