the Soccer roma is an all day scrimage cames of a group of schools that belong to the 15 region schools . Since the Pike , Floyd , Johnson & Martin County schools are in the 16th soccer region . They formed a East Ky Soccer Conference just so they could have this soccer rama plus other benefits like all conference players from this group . Your allowed 2 full 80 minute scrimage games a year . By letting them scrimage 4 different teams for 15 minutes that equals 1 of your scrimage games and the team gets to see 4 different teams . The day of scrimage last all day from @ 8 in the morning to @ 6:30 in the evening .

The soccerrama is going to be Aug 7th at stroncrest again. Matches start at 8 am I think and of course will continue through untill night fall.

Stardust to answer your question, the soccerrama began last yea I believe. What it is, pretty much all teams from the areas of Martin, Johnson, Pike, and Floyd all get together and scrimmage one another before the season starts. The idea was to stregthen the soccer community in the area by getting everyone in one location at one time and enjoy watching soccer all day. Which has proven to be very succesful and has allowed growth in the community.
