The second dip of this recession is coming and if it arrives before the November elections there will be a political bloodbath at the polls. At least tlhe Obama economy is keeping the demand and prices down for gasoline. People who are out of work do not need as much gasoline.

The Dow Jones industrial average ended the month down the most for any May since 1940 as a downgrade of Spain's debt rating and escalating tensions on the Korean Peninsula triggered a flight from riskier assets.

The Dow retreated 56.76 points, or 0.6 percent, to 10,136.63 last week, capping a 7.9 percent loss for the month.
The Dow fell another 323 points on Friday and will open down sharply this morning, extending Friday's slide. Obama is destroying our economy and yet, according to polls taken by Scott Rasmussen, 25 percent of Americans strongly approve of the Obama regime's performance. As long as they get their FREE lunch, they will continue to be happy
The Dow was down another 115 points today and Nasdaq lost more than 2% of its value. Look for Obama to blame the BP oil spill for the coming economic collapse and then blame Bush for the spill. It will happen and 25 percent of Americans will continue to strongly support him if it means living in the streets in refrigerator boxes.
In times like these I pine for McCain-Palin. They could make it all better.

McCain would have taken us down the path towards socialism at a slower pace than Obama. In the long run, we are probably better off being dragged down the path by a naked socialist like Obama. More people may awaken before it is too late. McCain would not have attempted to destroy both the coal industry and the oil industry, our countries two main sources of energy. The long term, deliberate economic damage that Obama is doing to our economy is unprecedented.
