Rock better win one real soon or this is not a rivalry. Bell has completely dominated Rock as of late. Notice the scores. When Bell was at their lowest point they still competed with Rock at their highest point. That has not happened with Bell being up and Rock down. It has been total dominace.
Also think about this Rock does not have 1 player on the 2010 roster that has beat Bell and the JV game last year was not too close from what I have been told.
Looks like 2003 was bit of a turning point for Bell. 5 straight losses are tough. But it looks like Rock is on the Rocks (no pun intended) lossing six straight. You're right Muney, they need one bad.
How many time did they face each other before 1999? I'm sure someone on here will know. I seem to recall some games in the early 90's but my memory isn't the best in the world.

They were indeed.
Take Marty away from those teams and it is a different story. That was the best back I ever played against, and I played against Arliss, West, and Stone just to name a few. Reagan could hurt you on offense then turn around and shut you down on defense.

He was real good but we had a great QB in Anderkin nd WR in Hale that did a lot too. we just had a great group then. Wished I could have been on those teams.
Bel has had a great deal of RBs too. had a great player in Greer that went to UK didnt he?
Greer was Qb. Luke Akers was our running back and was actually very underrated.

Yeah he did, but he was QB, some of those running backs in those years was Kevin Napier. He was a load to deal with.
Yeah my Senior year Napier had about 600 yards rushing just off of trap 31 aND 30.
Rock won every game in 2000, 2001,and 2002 and Bell has won 2007, 2008, and 2009. It seems like this series takes turns in dominance. Rock will dominate for a few games, then Bell will dominate for a few games.
The important thing to note is...BELL WILL WIN THIS SEASON!

I cant believe the US Hocky team in 1981 showed up to play Russia whom we were supposed to lose to. Oh wait that is why they play the game.

Came in 84, gone in 97-1999.
