Just rented a new place, move in Feb 1st. IT's a 2 BR in a 2 Family house in Cincinnati.

I had to move to Cincinnati for my job so I'm trying to find a part of town that I really like, when I do, I will buy a house.

I own a house that was left to me after my grandfather passed away, but I'm renting it out right now. I live in an apartment so I rent.
