Is Paris any good or did Magoffin have a bad game?

WYMT said Magoffin had a double digit lead late but ended up letting Paris come back for the win

Yes, my lady hornets had an 14 point lead and the lady hounds came back in the 4th quater. The lady hounds had a 3 point lead at the 22 second mark and with a quick pass to #15 Michaela Howard she dribbled to about a foot away from the 3 point line she threw up a quick shot and it was nothin but net, so that quickly tied the score at 55 all. The lady hounds took the ball out with 18.3 seconds to go, and as the ref counted with his hand to get across the time line all the fans counted with him and it was 15 seconds and an over and back, but they did not call either 1. So as the lady hounds drove from the wing and into the paint they quickly called a foul on Katelyin Minix with a hold, which she was no where around :angry:. The hounds got an atemmpt for 2 free throws, which were good. and made the score 55-57, and I think it was 4 or 5 seconds left the hornets quickly took the ball out and passed it to Ashley Jade at the time line as she went to try to shoot the ball is was 3 lady hounds on Ashley Jade which were holding, shuving, and pushing her, but all they saw was a walk when she had one hand one the ball and her other hand was trying to get lose from one of an lady hounds hold. And the score stayed as it was with 55-57 a lady hornet loss.

The lady Hornets got in early foul trouble with Brittany Manns 2, Ashley Jade Howard 2 or 3, Michaela Howard with 2, and a few more all in the first quater.

Michaela Howard had a good game she was strong and rebounding like crazy all through the game. Im not for sure about points but she had 3 blocks on the night.

The Lady Hornets did great through the whole tournment were they came out to be in 6th place out of a the fith third bank classic which consisted of 32 teams, which included Lexington Catholic High School, their record last year was 36-1, they won the 11th region, they are the Kentucky State Champions, and they are rated #5 among the nation.

dont blame the refs Magoffin had a 15 point lead with 4 minutes to go and blew it simple as that they missed 6 free throws in a row in the last minutes of the game Katelin did foul her she had to wide open layup and Ashley did not get fouled she walked i think Magoffin was the better team no doubt they just need to learn to take better care of the ball in the closing minutes of the game and play there game and not play to lose this is a very good basketball team the refs were bad Brittney and Ashley both had 3 fouls early in the 2nd they all looked very tired but you suck it up at this point if they want to win this region they are goin to run into these type of games in the region maybe they will learn from this experience no excuses on this one you just dont blow 15 point leads with 4 minutes to go

OMGosh.....!!!

Anytime you lose that big of a lead late in the game it's hard to say it was on bad calls.
