Finally. The polls look good.:biggrin::biggrin:
How did Kansas pull ANY first place votes and UK not? I would not have given either a first place vote, but what is the justification for that?
That looks about right, but Im not sold on West Virginia..I think theyre ranked too high in both polls..IMO they are not a top 10 team..top 15 yes, top 10? No..Sorry dangerousdan Big Grin
IMO, I say these look just fine!!
Looks good except I can't figure how Duke got a 1st place vote and UK didn't
I can see kansas getting some first place votes! But no doubt syracuse should and are the #1 team THIS WEEK! I dont get were you all say Kansas isnt a #1 or #2 team??

I believe that Kansas is at least a Top 3 team right now.

Look at there quality wins...and they really dont have a bad loss
theVILLE Wrote:Look at there quality wins...and they really dont have a bad loss

That is the whole reason I am saying that they are a Top 3 team. :1:
Gotta be **** Vitale with the one vote for Duke #1!!!
^Sorry, Mr. Vitale!

Why not top 2
I would move UK ahead of KU. I can't understand why ESPN thinks KU is the best team. UK has impressed me more thus far.

I think uk is very good ans have impressed me...but there quality wins are not as good as kansas
theVILLE Wrote:Why not top 2

Because both UK and KU lost. UK's loss was more of a quality loss.

I do believe the two best teams at the end of the regular season will be UK and KU, but RIGHT NOW. I have Kansas at 3.

lol are you serious? who has kansas beat that is that good???
greenstuff22 Wrote:lol are you serious? who has kansas beat that is that good???

Kansas St. But that's about it.
Aslan Wrote:Kansas St. But that's about it.

exactly. and they haven't played the stiffest competetion thereselfs. kansas is good, i will admit that. BUT, they aren't half as good as the nation acts like they are. K-state is their best win. and a loss to Oklahoma St? Kansas has beat 2 ranked teams and neither of them were in the top 10. texas is 25 now. k-state is way up now but they were like 11 or 12 when they played kansas. other then that, they have played no one. simple as that.
Cuse!!!!
greenstuff22 Wrote:lol are you serious? who has kansas beat that is that good???

oh idk Texas, At kansas St?? pretty good teams

Kstate is number 5 also....who has Uk beat that is currently top 25 besides tenn
theVILLE Wrote:Kstate is number 5 also....who has Uk beat that is currently top 25 besides tenn

yeah a good texas team, that has lost 6 out of their last 9 and has 7 losses. and kansas beat them to give them their 5th loss.

UK beat UNC to give them their 2nd loss. Beat UConn to give them their 1st or 2nd loss? beat tennessee by 11, beat ole miss, beat a top 25 vandy team twice. all those teams were ranked. now if you can argue with that and say that Kansas plays a tougher schedule then you simply have mental problems.
Kansas' schedule is a JOKE! Plain and simple.. Just like their conference this year.
They got beat by Tennessee's bench, not to mention an unranked OK state team.

UK has played wayyyyy more top 25 teams this year, You can argue about the loss to
South Carolina but they have the leading scorer in the SEC (Devan Downey),
but what happened to them the other night?

The only other team I can truly think that has had a tougher schedule,
only one I can think of and that would be Syracuse.
The orange are very deserving of the #1 spot if you ask me.
theVILLE Wrote:oh idk Texas, At kansas St?? pretty good teams

Hmm. Texas, Yeah their tough:Thumbs:
they look a lot like UNC now if you ask me.
I think that it look the way it should. Considering there are 3 teams with 2 losses. It does seem that at this point you have to have Syracuse at 1. UK and KU are a toss for me seeing as though their losses are very similar. I really do not understand how a 4 loss Duke team can steal one vote away??? That is insane to think about. Other than that and moving Vandy up a little bit I do not have a big problem with it.
Who's UK's key wins.. Just wondering..:eyeroll:
^ I would almost venture to say that it is almost a few of the SEC wins.
: the two Vandy games, home and away
Tennessee home
Uconn at MSG

believe it was their second lost. Duke gave them their first:biggrin: lol

Syracuse is 12-0 againts ranked teams this year, and all of them teams was or is in the top 12. now thats great!!
