Has anybody ever used the perfect pushup? I was wondering what everybody thought about it and if it was worth getting?
I would say it would be worth it, I've never used one but...the way I have seen them on TV it would probably work the forearms more.
I've done thousands of old school pushups that work the upper arm and shoulder area.
But I would say The Perfect Pushup would build the forearms to.
Personally, I would go to Wal Mart and get a set of hex dumbbells and use them to do pushups of off. This would allow you to change the angel of your hands from set to set, take stress of your wrists, plus you could use the dumbbells for a lot of other exercises. Just my opinion though.
They've got the Perfect Pushup at Wal-Mart for $15 now.
