Good luck with that! Apartments in the Pikeville area are outrageous due to the medical school.
My sister pays almost $200 more than I do for an apartment in Pikeville that is smaller than my 2 bedroom in Richmond.

Well I would settle anywhere near the general area of Pikeville, and rent shouldnt be that much of a problem with 3 other roommates. Im just looking to find one at the current moment.
