The way the Lady Neers played against Lee Co it wouldn't surprise me if they beat the Owls but the Owls are IMO the best in the 56th so I'm going to say that Owsley wins by 3
Could be a great time for Estill to really get one from Owsley. Owsley could very well overlook this game looking to their All A State tournament game coming up.
