Way to go Austin Short from Harlan County!
Congratulations to Austin Mckinney from Prestonsburg...
Congrats to Jordan Hansel and Miles Simpson from Simon Kenton.
Does any talent from the Western part of the state not want to play or did they get snubbed?

I believe it is only Eastern Tenn. vs. Eastern Kentucky All Stars. Not a snub, but I would imagine it would be tough to play all the great players that deserve to play if they did the entire state. Just one way to make it manageable. Maybe the Western side could do a bowl game. From what I have gathered, Cumberland College plays a big role in the organization.
Maybe a school like Lindsey Wilson could get something going. It would help them promote thier football program as I believe it helps Cumberland College showcase thier program and facilities.
Whos the KY coach ?
Real Badman Wrote:Whos the KY coach ?

Coach Kozerski of Holy Cross.
Where is micheal burchett at?
sportscritic Wrote:Where is micheal burchett at?

He plays basketball.
Not one player from Belfry?? Pikeville, Pike Central??? Doesn't sound too much like OUR Eastern part of the state...
wheres the game at??
I think its being at the University of the Cumberlands this year.

Thats correct
Congrats to Reese and Grant
Congratulations to the players from SEKY on making the team.

One from P-Burg, two from Hazard, several from Bell County... Teams you mentioned didn't have anyone good enough for the team I guess.
If any player from "our area" deserved to get on that roster it would have been the Crowder twin that won the player of the year in this district. Can't remember which one it was.
what is the date, and time for this game?
Randen Collett from Leslie co. was added to the roster.. He got the call last night..

I so beg to differ with you on the above enhanced statement you made... I would put Thomas Varney up there with ANY running back in the state... NOT because he is from Belfry but because he is GOOD! There was only 1 player from Belfry listed last year on the border bowl team and that was Ivan Lee whom everyone dogged from the start of the season.... Geez...

Congradulations Randen, this kid can flat out play! big, strong and has very fast feet.

So do several others on the list.

That would be Logan. Hunter was District POY for the 2008 season in that district.
