Not sure if they will be a ruling anytime soon but Betsy Layne received a transfer from Australia. I understand from one of cousins that he is going to help them out alot.
Hmm, interesting. They received a transfer from Serbia 2-3 years ago.
Campbell County had an exchange student from Germany that was kicking 50 yard field goals two weeks after he enrolled. This should be no issue for them to get him approved pretty quickly.
What position would the kid play if or when he gets approved?
I know North Laurel had two Australian Transfers that played basketball a few years back. i think one of them went on and played College ball for Arizona.
