Will be held at Memorial Gym Hazard High School.....will be carried live on WKCB 107.1 and www.wkcb.com .... Hear from the 14th Region's Girls and Boys Coaches and top players from each team! this sponsored by the 14th Region Coaches Association begins at 12 Noon
