I know not a lot of posters on here are from the wrestling community, but I'm wondering if anyone is seeing an increase in sick wrestlers so far in this early season?
Yes, not only with practice I guess because there are quiet a few students out in every class today. 13 teachers out today also. With a sport like wrestling it seems like once one person gets sick almost everyone gets sick. I went yesterday to be tested for H1N1 just to be safe to make sure I wasnt carrying or passing it along to anyone.
Just curious if this is happening in other districts.
lots of people are out at lcc. luckyly not many wrestlers tho.
but like you said once one person on the team gets it its very easy to spread it in the wrestling room.
That is just bad. Hopefully this bug will go away.

Yes, I was the head coach before leaving three years ago to pursue a career in the casino industry. I just came back recently and will be helping out with the hopes of keeping the program running once our head coach retires.
We have around 20 kids before football and soccer, although you cant tell right now because of this flu.
