Sounds to me like Jenkins should play there JV in the varsity games.

Therein lies the problem. There are way to many freshman and sophomores that play on the JV squad that are also having to play key roles in the varsity games as well.
A good way of looking at it is this is the future of your team in more ways than one. You guys will see a dramatic improvement in this team next year.
all I can say, take full advantage of that weight room you guys put in, that will be the difference. You should have someone to take the weight program over in the winter and work those lineman that don't play basketball.
Looks like Jenkins has something too look forward 2 in there future.
