Nice to see the Birds getting the national exposure. It doesn't mean anything in the long run but it's great exposure for Kentucky football.

I think it does help as far as getting kids seen. I'm sure a coach that sees a team ranked this high is going to be more likely to take a look at the roster. For example if you have a Ryle kid and a Highlands kid that are comparable I would say the Highlands kid might be more likely to get a look solely based on the team's national ranking.

I knew Highlands was great, but I didn't think they were THAT great. I guess I have to give them credit for having a great team this year.
