Oregon Ducks coach Chip Kelly has called a news conference after Friday's practice to discuss the possible reinstatement of suspended running back LeGarrette Blount, The Oregonian reported Thursday.

Then they should call for the coach to be fired. This kid has burnt all his bridges and needs to stay off a college field.
