2nd Region: Henderson Co
8th Region: South Oldham
9th Region: Lloyd Memorial, Newport, Cooper, Holmes, Bellevue, Conner, Villa Madonna, Holy Cross
10th Region: Deming, Campbell Co, Pendleton Co
11th Region: Western Hills
12th Region: East Jessamine
13th Region: Whitley Co

Wow, is this a tournament that Holmes should even play in? This is a fairly week list of teams in comparison to Holmes. Take Holmes out, and it is a competitive tourny.

Other than Holmes this is a very weak tournament. Holmes should walk through this one.

Holmes has played in this the past two years. There may not be much competition in it compared to Holmes, but it's a nice way for them play teams from around the state, while also staying close to home right before the new year.
Last year they played Seneca (top 25), Henderson Co (2nd region runner up), Conner (top 6 or 7 9th region team), and Oldham Co, so competition wasn't that bad outside of Oldham Co.
The brackets haven't been finalized yet, but I'd assume Coach Key won't have Holmes matched up against a Bellevue or Villa Madonna. When I get the bracket, I'll post it.
Holmes schedule is absolutely loaded this coming season, though. This will be a nice way for Coach Henley to develop a bench and get some of his younger guys some playing time since the majority of the teams around the state play in tournaments around Christmas time and not many JV games are played.
