I think the rule is any pitcher can pitch 9 innings today. I believe all 4 teams have everyone available. I think the problem will be whoever wins the region will have to deal with the 15 innings in a 7 day period rule when they move on to the sectional. This could give South Laurel an advantage since they have been done since Wednesday.
