The teams have to have 5 days out of pads and 5 days in pads to be eligible to participate.

It is not first day in pads on August 1st. if your school starts early. Check the dates that I posted above.

You could start July 20th. if your first day of school is July 30.

For clairifacation which schools that play football start school on July 30th

I don't have a clue, but the dates are there for a reason, so I would assume someone would conceivably start that early. I know the schools who have a year round calendar will be in session in July, so maybe the dates are for them.
