Who will win COY and POY in the 13th Region?
I think that Josh Crawford of Corbin has it locked up for 13th POY.
With Corbin ranked so highly in the state, I would say Tony Pietrowski will get COY.

Who votes on these awards, if coaches do don't be surprised to see James David Strange as player of the year. He would be deserving, as is Crawford. Coach Strange is well liked and his son is a heck of a player.
As for Coach of the year, who knows how that may go.
