I don't expect Elliott County to have much of a problem with East Carter, but the West Carter/Morgan County game should be a dandy! I fully expect Elliott County to win this district with no problems.

Too bad for East; most picked East to be the second best in the 16th preseason. They have had a tough year. Now they won't even make it to regionals.
I'll take West over Morgan in a very close game. This one will be a battle.
Elliott Co. definitely wins the district and represents the 16th at Rupp.

Not only is East very good, but they are playing lights out right now. Couple that with Elliott's double digit win streak against them and a home court District tourney game for East......I for one am very nervous. This will be the hardest game EC plays, Region included!

I think East Carter will be a tough game for Elliott. They will play very hard. Having said that good luck to both teams.
