It's really down to two players - Lebron James and Kobe Bryant. ESPN says it's 50/50 when they asked NBA players.
Here are their stats (per game):
Lebron James:
Points - 28.5 (Leads NBA)
Rebounds - 7.5
Assists - 7
Steals - 1.8
Blocks - 1.3
Kobe Bryant:
Points - 27.7 (3rd in NBA)
Rebounds - 5.6
Assists - 5
Steals - 1.3
Blocks - 0.4
Statistically, it looks like Lebron James is the MVP, yet looking at how they do when they face each other, it seems Kobe Bryan is the MVP.
Another possibility is Dwayne Wade:
Points - 28.3 (2nd in NBA)
Rebounds - 5
Assists - 7
Steals - 2.1
Blocks - 1.4
