Where's Clay County, Johnson Central, or Breathitt County? Rowan County killed Boone County, and Breathitt only lost to Rowan County by about 7 points. Also, Johnson Central beat Breathitt County recently, and Clay County defeated Breathitt County only by 1 point less than #1 Rowan County. Surely Breathitt, Johnson, and Clay are in the top 20.

13th,14th, and 15th region teams sometimes don't get alot of credit due schedule strenght...They do however usally always end up in the elite eight during state tourney..
