Breathitt is barely #1, though. Letcher and Leslie are right on their heels and they can't let their guard down for one second.
Perry beat Owsley 65-59 last week, but Owsley led by double digits in the 3rd, and led halfway through the 4th until 3 starters fouled out.
Powell Co., who is overcoming some injuries and playing better, would be 6th on my list, and JBS 7th.

I think Perry is way to high.

Agreed, they could only beat Owsley after 3 of there starters foul out in that last few minutes of the game. and, it wasnt by a wide range neither.

KCC has beaten PCC twice, who beat Owsley.
JBS beat KCC first game of season but don't think it can happen again.
