Lloyd senior guard Randy Hackett made five 3-pointers and scored 22 points in a 67-63 win over Newport in boys' basketball Saturday.


Trailing by three points at the end of the second quarter, the Juggernauts went on a 21-9 run to take a 14-point lead going into the final period and held on for the victory.

Junior guard Brandon Tucker led Newport with 17 points.
