Nice win for Russell this evening. Boyd County didn't have the size that Greenup County had that gave Russell problems Friday night. Several players stood out for Russell tonight. Skaggs and Stapleton shot the 3's very well. The whole team stood out as far as their effort and hustle go. This team tries hard, moves extremely fast, and fires up the 3's. It is fun to watch...especially when they go in. :-) I must say, though, win or lose as the season progresses, Merle Kidwell is doing an outstanding job and has this team playing at maximum effort. What a great hire.

Totally agree.
There is alot more energy around the basketball program right now. The team is small but they hustle and have fun playing. Its fun to watch.
