Not true. Time and time again, Obama has stated that the wants to put more troops in Afghanistan.

He wants to reduce troops in Iraq and increase troops in Afghanistan.

Yes he said he will lower the # in Iraq and increase in Afghanistan. But still doesn't mean he will do it.
