Technically, if they are underrated they don't RECEIVE enough credit. If they don't deserve enough credit, then they are overrated.
I'm sure that murray meant to say, "What teams are not receiving enough credit?"
To answer that question I'd say, Murray, DeSales, and Middlesboro.
