Yeah they did. They did manage a few good drives early in the game, including 1 inside the 10 when Belfry got the ball back.

Its not like Pike Central was not moving the ball just made costly turnovers, not saying they would have won but it could have been closer. Turn the ball over in the red zone on 4th down. Fumble the ball at the goal line. Make another fumble when having a decent drive. Throw an interception early in the game. Belfry scored at least 21 points by starting drives from inside there own 20!!!
Belfry tends to have a lot of "defensive" points, either directly on D, or because of outstanding defense which causes fumbles deep, or gets good returns on interceptions or punts.
Here's a shout out to Coaches Mick and Rowe, for having the best defense year in and year out in the state!

They have a good defense but that statement is a little far fetched for this season. THere true test will come against JC.

Belfry wold have scored a TD on every drive tonight even if their offense started on their own goalline each time. The margin of victory is accurate.
