What team will have a surprise success this year?
I think some people will be surprised by how good the Hazard Bulldogs are. They will be a real force for 2008.
I wouldn't really say that Hazard will be a breakout team, everyone expects them to be good anyhow, they are toward the top of most rankings.
I would agree on Harlan Co.

I'm not saying they are going to be great this year but I think that Jackson County will have a great year under there new head coach.
