Phelps has started the year 5-0 are they legit contenders in the 15 region?

Who knows. The 15th region is normally locked down by someone like Lawrence or Johnson Central but a team starting out 5-0 must be doing something right. I dont think they could play with Lawrence but i have been wrong before!

i havn't watched them yet but lawrence is the team to beat IMO
