15th, mine used to say that, but that means that you have too many people on your contact list. Try deleting some people that you never talk to. That should solve your problem.
I don't have ICQ anymore so adding me will do no good.

i dont know why but mine just wont let me log in at all. it says error 23, failure to connect or something EVERYTIME!
Dont try to login for a few hours, or maybe a day and it'll work.
