This is the Sweet Sixteen, where conventional wisdom is as reliable as Shaquille O'Neal at the free-throw line.
When No. 1 Scott County beat No. 2 Ballard in last year's title game, it was the exception rather than the rule.
The state tournament is, after all, March Madness, or in some cases, March Magic.
